New Clients

New colour, keratin and perm clients require a $100 deposit to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your total bill on the day of your appointment. An invoice will be sent which you can pay online using credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Alternatively you can pay your deposit in person, at the salon using cash or card.

Cancellation Policy

Last minute cancellations negatively impact our business as freelancers. Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice if unable to attend your appointment.
If less than 48 hours notice is given a CANCELLATION FEE of $200 will be marked on your file. You will be unable to book future appointments until your cancellation fee has been paid in full. This amount is additional to your next service and will not be deducted from your future appointments.
A RESCHEDULING FEE OF $200 will apply if you have rescheduled 3 times consecutively. This fee needs to be paid in full in order to book future appointments. This fee is additional to and will not be deducted from your next service.
